We offer a Video Conference integration with your membership so that coaches can easily add Zoom, Microsoft Teams or GoTo meeting links to your scheduled meetings.
The coach can simply go into Coaching Lobby conferencing integration setup and it will walk you through the integration. You will need to log into your conferencing application to create the integration.
Once you have setup your integration, a checkbox will show up when scheduling a meeting in Coaching Lobby. Just fill in the meeting information, then check the box to “Create Conferencing Link”. Once you submit the form to create the meeting, Coaching Lobby will create the meeting in the conferencing platform you connected to and added to the Video Call field.
When email reminders go out to your clients, the video conferencing link will be added to the email as well.
