Videos are uploaded directly to a private Vimeo.com instance.  They are not publicly accessible.

Once you have uploaded a video file, it may take a little bit of time to encode the video.  This is done by Vimeo and usually only takes a couple minutes.

Once that is done, whoever you gave access to the video will be able to view the video.

We chose Vimeo for our video streaming platform because of the video quality and security it provides.

You can select the same sharing levels as you can with files.

• Private – Only the person that uploads the file can see it.
• Shared – Coaches: all clients can see the file, Clients: the client and coach can see the file.
• Shared with Select People – The Coach shares the file only with select people.  Only those select people can see the file.
• Shared with Tracks – Allows you to add this file to your Tracks programs.
