Client Agreement Overview

Client Agreements are an integral part of Coaching Lobby.  Based on the number of sessions you select in the client agreement, that is the number of Schedule time blocks they can select (in order for them to select a block, the coach has to create them first).

Once you Save the agreement, it will show up on the clients Coaching Lobby home page (see below).  They have to click through to the agreement and accept it first.

  • If it is a paid agreement and you have the PayPal or Stripe integration set up, they can pay immediately and start scheduling meetings.
  • If you do not have the PayPal or Stripe integrated, they have to coordinate with you to get it paid, then you have to manually mark the agreement as paid.  After that, they will be able to schedule meetings.
  • If it is a pro-bono agreement, they can just accept the agreement then go to the Schedule page and select the meeting time blocks.

The reason we did the scheduling this way is the coach gets to create a bunch of time blocks for when they want to see people.  Then the clients just pick the ones that work for them.  Coaching Lobby handles all the time zone conversions (based on the time-zones people select on their Profile).
